Throughout the dates of January 31, 2025 to January 31, 2026, I proposed to document a year-long performance of collecting pennies through drawing, photographs, and writings. These documentations exist as hand-written postcards of the pennies location, date, and time; a photograph of the penny when found; an abstracted drawing of the penny itself with the removal of Abraham Lincoln’s body; and a written recall of the day I found the penny.
